Summary:

The Laboratory Sales & Marketing/Account Executive is responsible for the promotion and sales of the laboratory diagnostic technology services to physicians, private healthcare offices and hospitals in assigned geographic territory.

Alliance Laboratories of Westchester is a CLIA certified clinical laboratory, with multiple disciplines. Position Requirements:

• Consistently achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Efficient territory planning and management
• Prospecting new accounts through cold call in person visits to physician offices.
• Build rapport and maintain close professional relationships with staff members in medical offices and hospitals that we work with
• Utilize the company's CRM by logging daily activity and completing necessary reports on a daily basis as required
• Attend sales meetings and training as required
• Keep abreast of all local billing and reimbursement issues
• Utilize good selling skills that allows for the identification of needs of client and deliver presentations based upon the identified needs

Physician Call Points: Primary Care Physicians, Oncologists, OB/GYNs, Breast Surgeons, Gastroenterologists, Urology, & Multi-Specialty Groups

Qualifications: • Strong relationships with primary physician customer targets (PCPs, Oncologists, OB/GYNs, GI Physicians, Breast Surgeons and Multi-Specialty groups) • Minimum of two years medical sales experience or equivalent combination of education and medical sale experience. • Laboratory sales experience preferred. • Molecular and/or Anatomic Pathology sales experience preferred. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills. • Expertise in Microsoft Windows and Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, Excel and other popular business software desirable • Since this position requires extensive driving during the workday, a valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory. • Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or recent graduates, please)

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: A minimum of two years medical sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
